Writing is my life, but it's also my livelihood. Most of my writing is given away for free or a very low cost, but through the generosity of some of my readers, I'm able to produce stories for the enjoyment of all.

Ongoing Support/Sponsorship
For the convenience of those who wish to give regular, recurring support to ensure I am able to continue creating the stories they enjoy, I offer tools to fit any budget. If you would like to be a sponsor of my writing, please choose one of the following options:
- Good Will Sponsorships allow you to give $1 to $4 each month. I'm afraid I cannot offer much in the way of personal recognition at this level, but I appreciate the help all the same. Micropayment rates mean that almost all of your dollars will reach my account. You might not feel like a dollar is worth it, but it takes almost time to set up and will make quite a difference to me.
- Personal Sponsorships range from $5 to $12. Your personal sponsorship entitles you to membership in the Magisterius University Alumni Association, if you desire, and/or a listing on my wall of sponsors. These honors are offered in perpetuity, though I reserve the right to move current sponsors up above lapsed ones or otherwise separate them out. If you choose to sponsor at the $10 level or higher, your name will be placed higher in the rolls and bolded to show your level of support.
- Patronage Sponsorships come in denominations ranging from $15 to higher amounts. They mark you as a true patron of the literary arts and die-hard supporter of crowdfunded creativity, or even just of me. I appreciate them very much. They offer more prominent recognition on the alumni and sponsor rolls than Personal Sponsorships, and the option of linking to a URL. From time to time, Patrons may be offered a special glimpse of things that I'm working on before anybody else. If you're not interested in this, you have the option of de-subscribing to it without messing up a newsletter subscription.
All sponsors, including the Good Will ones, may elect to receive a twice-monthly e-mail newsletter from me that may include news about what I'm up to, behind-the-scenes tidbits, and more. Similar to my blog, but a little more filtered and focused, and it may include things that I'm not willing to post about on the blog just yet. Newsletters come out on the 15th and 30th, and when your subscription is confirmed you will have access to an archive of all past editions.

To Just Subscribe To The Newsletter:
Just want to receive the newsletter? Can't or don't like to set up recurring payments on PayPal? In that case, you can purchase an annual subscription to the newsletter (plus back issue access). This gets you put on the mailing list for the next 12 months of the newsletter. If for some reason there's a month where no newsletter comes out, it doesn't count against your subscription. This is a one-time payment, which means it won't be automatically renewed and you should be able to make it without having a credit card or even necessarily having a PayPal account.
Note that you get the same benefit regardless of the price: the newsletter for 12 months. Set it wherever you think it's worth. Also note that sales are final - you can can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time but I cannot offer any refunds. If that makes you nervous, I suggest you use the lowest price option.
